After you have signed up, a sales representative will call you to discuss your requirement. This allows us to assign a virtual assistant who will best match your particular requirements. On the basis of the requirement and job description we will give you as little or as much oversight in choosing your assistant as you like. We will let you interview with our selected applicants who fit your criteria and you can pick out someone who you are most comfortable with and you feel meets your needs.

Once you have selected the candidate, that person will be assigned as a VA for you.

Once you have an assigned VA, you can start offloading your tasks. We encourage our clients to treat the VA’s as members of their team. Our goal is to become a partner in your success.
